If you live in another city, but your kids attend PISD schools, you will be considered a "Non-Resident". In the late 1960's the City began its recreation programs through a cooperative agreement with PISD and most of the programs were held in PISD facilities therefore the resident rate was extended to non-resident PISD households. Today all facilities are owned and operated by the City of Plano with no financial support from PISD. Owning rental properties or a business in Plano does not qualify! Your primary residence must be in Plano.
Court reservations may be made in person or by telephone (972-941-7170, option5) between 9 a.m. and 10:30 p.m., Monday through Sunday. You may reserve a court no more than two days in advance. A person may have only one reservation at a time (you must finish your first reservation before a second reservation can be made).
