These letters designate different skill levels and are designed to help insure players compete with players of similar abilities. The skill level is based on the National Tennis Rating Program (NTRP) of the United States Tennis Association. A guide to the USTA skill rating program can be found on the NTRP web page.
Players in HPPTC leagues should choose their league level as shown below:
